Atanto uses Lemon Squeezy, they handle the security, payment and our subscriptions. They have made it super easy for both us and you to manage your subscription.
Most of the time there is no need to contact us to make any changes to your subscription, or to even cancel your subscription.
You are in full control.
Head over to our app and make sure you are logged in. Head to the settings page and click the Manage Subscription tab link.
You will then be presented with a ‘Manage Subscription’ link, click this and you will be directed to your management portal.
From here you can see exactly what plan you are on, all your billing info, saved payment methods and full billing history.
Change Payment Method
To change your payment method, click the little pencil icon next to your current payment method. Then simply fill out the form with your new details.
Cancel your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, click the three dots next to your active subscription and click the cancel button. You will be asked to confirm, once confirmed your subscription will be cancelled and you can continue using Atanto up until your end date.
Resume your Subscription
If you cancel your subscription and then change your mind, simply click the three dots next to the canceled subscription, and click resume. You will then be billed on your renewal date as normal.
